WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Denmark, Netherlands, Ireland, Singapore & New Zealand. Should you live outside of these countries, please send an email to bridebusiness@ivorytribe.com.au and we are happy to quote you on shipping before you place an order. Please allow longer postage time frames for International orders and we take no responsibility for any import duties or taxes incurred.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PRODUCT TO BE SHIPPED?
Please allow 3 business days for your order to be dispatched and 4-7 business days delivery from the dispatch date to most capital cities.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Ivory Tribe will exchange or refund a product if it is deemed faulty, however, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, and orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.
